Doubtless Westerners have the same problem in an Oriental environment. Feel free to write it any way you choose, although I suppose I must ask you to continue doing assignments in English unless otherwise specified. One must respect the language of the land.

Oh, I can read Japanese. This being, however, a class based in language and transliteration, most of your wards will do little good if not written in Futhark or Cirth.

Once you reach NEWT level, there will be a section on spell-crafting in Japanese calligraphy, in which I expect you will do quite well.
